Choosing a history concentration was the easiest college decision I’ve made so far. I want to know more about how other people around the world live, and what reasons exist in the past for the culture of the present. Part of this fascination feels almost innate. As a young child, my “dream jobs” included photojournalism and archaeology, indicating an early interest in understanding other people.
